Human Resource Project Admin

Job Purpose

 The HR Project Administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

  • Provides general administrative and clerical support

  • Prepares letters and general office documents

  • May also assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating

  • Performs special projects as assigned.

  • Perform additional tasks as required or assigned by manager.

Please note this is a part-time, temporary position with preference given to individuals with:

Availability to work Monday/Tues (other days, as mutually agreed upon)

Experience MS Office Excel user (pivot tables, queries, and general understanding of database principles).

Attention to detail

Sensitivity to confidential/private information is a must.
